Absent Elk is the product of what happens when a Norwegian singer/songwriter joins four Southern East Coast musically inclined school friends and together they combine their talents to create this beautifully melodic song.
Taken from the bands debut album ‘Caught in the Headlights’, ‘Change My World’ demonstrates the wonderfully dynamic minds behind the band. This is an emotional and quite moving song. Beginning with the gentle guitar raps, flowing endlessly through string arrangements while vocally projecting some honest lyrics. These sounds are in complete harmony and placed together to make a well-rounded atmospheric song. The increase of the subtle drum beat, makes the emotions much stronger and more evident, concluding quite epically.
‘Change My World’ is something softer, which you may not usually listen to. However you will not be able to deny the tug it will have on you.
